General Information : Iran has more than64 national parks, protected area and game reserves. Every year game department opens 10 to 20 game reserves according to the animal population and weather condition of each area and allocate limited quotas for foreign hunters. Description of some areas are given on the next pages.
9 different sheep, Bezoar Ibex, Gazelle, Wild boar, Wolf and wide range of birds can be hunt in Iran.
Bezoar Ibex and Wild boar can be found almost in all mountains of Iran from Alborz range to Zagros range. therefore, combination hunt with sheep is possible.
Hunting season normally opens on October 10 and last till February 20 but sometimes game department extend this dates.
Hunting may take place in mountainous terrain at altitude of 3000 - 4000 meter. It is demanding that hunters to have good physical condition. Our big game hunting program comes in full service and includes :

Iranian tourist visa processing, hunting license, firearms & ammunition import permit, 4 WD vehicle, full board safari, professional guide, gun bearer and skinner, veterinary certificate, export permit & if required, CITIES certificate.
Minimum duration of trip is 5 days, 3 hunting + 2 traveling days.
Accommodation is in comfortable brick lodges with hot water in the company of local guides or if the distance allows, at local hotel.

In hunting area we normally stay in game warden camp. This places are very simple brick house with heater and hot water shower. However, sometimes we have to stay at village house.

To travel to hunting area, we normally use 4WD cars, even for long distances, as Iranian airlines do not allow bullets in flights, unless we use chartered flights. For transportation we use old type Nissan Patrol. This car still manufactures in Iran and spare parts are available almost in every small city or villages.

If road and weather allow, we can use trail motorcycle or horse in some area.

Reservation & Payment : Due to the limited number of quotas our services are on first come first serve bases. reservation can be made by contacting directly to us or through your booking agent. We highly suggest to make reservation before April.
Confirmation of booking is after receiving of 50% deposit and the balance is due no later than sixty days prior to the safari.
Clients should bring fair amount of cash in US dollars or Euros for the balance covering the trophy fees and possible extras, since all payment must be settled in Tehran before departure.
Please note that personal check and credit cards are not valid in Iran.

Clients only pay the trophy fee after they shut or wounded animal according to the game department price list. ( Please contact us for price list and further information )
Since we do not assume any liability for clients, it is imperative to arrange risk insurance (life & properties) in the country of origin prior to client departure.
At least 5 days before arrival of hunter to Iran we will send the final instruction to inform latest weather condition, who will pick them up and what to bring.
clients should provide us their personal data together with passport copy, 2 photos, weapon details and flight schedule at least 2 months prior to their arrival .
